Blackwell Partners LLC, a company incorporated in Delaware, USA, through an account managed by Polygon Global Partners LLP, has today purchased 4,525,349 shares in Flex LNG (FLNG), corresponding to 3.538% of the votes and shares of FLNG.
 
After the transactions, funds and accounts managed by Polygon Global Partners LLP hold a total of 13,526,588 shares in FLNG corresponding to 10.5753% of the shares and votes.
