We refer to disclosure 13.07.2016 for large shareholding in FLNG. Polygon European Equity Opportunity Master Fund and Blackwell Partners LLC has today, 15.07.2016, transferred its shareholding in FLNG to Polygon (PE) Holdings Limited, a company owned 66.545% by Polygon European Equity Opportunity Master Fund and 33.455% by Blackwell Partners LLC.  After the transaction, entities controlled by Polygon Global Partners LLP hold a total of 13,526,588 shares in FLNG corresponding to 10.5753 % of the shares and votes.
