Road Town, Tortola, 14 June 2016. FLEX LNG (Oslo Axess: FLNG) the company wishes to inform that Jostein Ueland and Trym Tveitnes have resigned from their positions as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Technical Officer respectively. Both Mr. Ueland and Mr. Tveitnes have agreed to support the company in this transitional phase and will remain in their positions until 30th of September 2016. The Company would like to thank Mr. Ueland and Mr. Tveitnes for their efforts and contributions to the Company since 2006. 

 

The Company will continue to contract services from Frontline Management Ltd. (Bermuda), which includes technical management, newbuilding supervision and administrative services.
