Geveran Trading Co Ltd, which is indirectly controlled by trusts established by John Fredriksen for the benefit of his immediate family, has on 16th June 2014 purchased 12.672.164 shares in FLEX LNG LTD at a price of NOK 6,00 per share. Geveran Trading’s affiliated ownership in Flex Lng Ltd is following this transaction 20.371.675 shares, constituting 16.1% percent of the issued share capital.
