Road Town, Tortola, 31 July 2015. FLEX LNG (Oslo Axess: FLNG) is pleased to announce that in accordance with the resolution by the shareholders the Board of Directors of FLEX LNG Ltd has resolved to issue 30,000 new shares following the exercise of staff share options. Following this exercise no staff options remain outstanding.

The shares will be issued and registered as soon as possible. Once issued the total shares outstanding will be 127,869,673.
