Hansa LNG Ltd and Trym TveitnesThis is to inform that Hansa LNG Ltd, a primary insider and a company owned by Mr. Tveitnes and Mr. Ueland, has purchased 209,700 FLEX LNG Ltd shares from Mr. Tveitnes, who is also a primary insider. After the transfer of these shares, Hansa LNG Ltd, will have a holding of 892,500 shares in the Company, representing 0.70% of the total shares outstanding. In addition after the transfer Mr. Tveitnes will have a remaining holding of 190,300 shares in the Company, representing 0.15% of the total shares outstanding.
