Funds managed by Praxient Capital LLP have today 12 December 2012 acquired 1,643,705 ordinary shares in Flex LNG Ltd (“FLEX”). Praxient Capital LLP manages through Praxient Panther Master Fund Limited and Blackwell Partners LLC after this acquisition a total of 7,728,079 shares in FLEX representing 6.16% of the total shares in issue. The percentage has been  
calculated based on total of 125,412,622 shares in issue.
