Following the issuance of 11,315,080 ordinary shares in FLEX LNG Ltd to IOC and PacLNG the share holding of Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha Ltd (currently 16,973,058 ordinary shares) and Bernhard Schulte Investment Holding (currently 5,681,661 ordinary shares) now respectively represent a holding of 13.64% and 4.56% of the total shares outstanding.
