Hansa LNG Limited, a BVI registered company, has on 9 August purchased 138,000 shares in FLEX LNG Limited at a price of NOK 4.50 per share. After the transaction Hansa LNG Limited holds a total of 1,138,000 shares in FLEX LNG Ltd (representing 1,138,000/112,910,912*100 =1.0% of the shares outstanding). In addition Hansa LNG Limited holds 6,631,455 warrants and 2,000,000 options in FLEX LNG Ltd. Hansa LNG Limited is controlled by the Founders (Philip Fjeld, Jostein Ueland and Trym Tveitnes, all primary insiders) of FLEX LNG Ltd.
