FLEX LNG LTD (Oslo Børs: FLNG) or the Company today announces the appointment of Øystein M. Kalleklev as Chief Executive Officer of Flex LNG Management AS, the main management company of the Flex LNG Group.

Mr. Kalleklev has served as Chief Financial Officer of Flex LNG Group since October 2017. Mr. Kalleklev will also continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer until a suitable candidate have been identified and recruited to this position.

Today Marius Foss has also joined the Company as Head of Commercial as announced in connection with first quarter results.

Mr. Foss comes from a similar role at Golar LNG Ltd and as previously announced with these changes the Board has increased its focus on building a strong team around the Company’s modern LNGC fleet, and given the market outlook, transportation of LNG will be the Company’s core focus going forward.
