Geveran Trading Co. Ltd. (“Geveran”), a company indirectly controlled by trusts established by Mr John Fredriksen for the benefit of his immediate family, has on 15 May 2017 entered into a TRS contract underlying 810.000 shares in FLEX LNG LTD. The TRS contract will expiry 6th September 2017, and TRS price is NOK 11,8716 Geveran’s ownership in FLNG is 191,131,803 shares equal to 51.95% of the shares and votes in the Company. In addition, Geveran holds TRS agreements with underlying exposure to 810.000 shares In Flex Lng ltd.
