FLEX LNG Ltd. (Oslo Axess: “FLNG”) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company’s Shareholder Meeting was held today. All resolutions set out in the notice published and posted to the shareholders were passed as proposed, including the re-domiciliation to Bermuda and the  

issue of 89,479,166 new shares under the previously announced Private Placement.  

 

The Company is further pleased to announce that the Oslo Stock Exchange (“OSE”) has decided that the Company will retain its listing on Oslo Axess following the re-domiciliation through Continuation from British Virgin  

Islands to Bermuda.  

 

The re-domiciliation is expected take effect on or about 8 June 2016. Further information of the re-domiciliation will be published in due course.
