Flex LNG Ltd. (“Flex LNG” or the “Company”) advises that the following primary insiders have today purchased shares in Flex LNG:

Øystein M. Kalleklev, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), purchased 25,000 shares at NOK 10.80 per share. Following the transaction Øystein M. Kalleklev owns 25,000 shares in Flex LNG.

Thomas Thorkildsen, SVP Business Development, purchased 11,500 shares in Flex LNG at NOK 11.15 per share. Following the transaction Thomas Thorkildsen owns 13,663 shares in Flex LNG.

Nikolai Grigoriev, Board Member, purchased 25,000 shares in Flex LNG at NOK 11.17 per share. Following the transaction Nikolai Grigoriev owns 32,723 shares in Flex LNG.
