Road Town, Tortola, 7 December 2015. FLEX LNG (Oslo Axess: FLNG) would like to announce that Mr. Marius Hermansen has been appointed as a Director of FLEX LNG Ltd.  
 
Mr. Marius Hermansen (36) works for Frontline Management and is involved in S&P activities for Frontline and all related companies. Previously he worked for over 10 years at Fearnleys. He was educated at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in Bergen and started as a trainee with AP Moller-Maersk.
