Road Town, Tortola, 9 June 2011. FLEX LNG (Oslo Axess: FLNG) the Board of Directors hereby gives notice that Ms. Kathleen Eisbrenner has decided to resign from the position as Director of FLEX LNG Ltd with immediate effect. The resignation is due to personal reasons. 
 
The Company would like to thank Ms Eisbrenner for her valuable contribution as a Director during her tenure in 2011.
