FLEX LNG (Oslo Axess: FLNG) the Board of Directors hereby gives notice that the Company is scheduling the ASM for later in the year, rather than the June 2 target date set in December 2010. An update will be provided once a date has been determined, the meeting, however, will be no later than 25 August 2011.
