Praxient Panther Master Fund Limited as managed by Praxient Capital LLP has today, 31st July 2014, sold 1,402,354 ordinary shares in Flex LNG ltd (“FLEX”). After this sale Praxient Panther Master Fund Limited has a total holding of 6,171,774 shares in FLEX representing 4.88% of the total shares in issue. The percentage has been calculated based on total of 126,515,402 shares in issue.

Blackwell Partners LLC as managed by Praxient Capital LLP has today, 31st July 2014, acquired 1,402,354 ordinary shares in Flex LNG ltd (“FLEX”). After this acquisition Blackwell Partners LLC has a total holding of 8,684,470 shares in FLEX representing 6.86% of the total shares in issue. The percentage has been calculated based on total of 126,515,402 shares in issue.

Praxient Capital LLP through its funds after this acquisition hold a total of 14,856,244 shares in FLEX representing 11.74% of the total shares in issue.
