Blackwell Partners LLC as managed by Praxient Capital LLP has today, 23rd October 2014, sold 8,125,382 ordinary shares in Flex LNG ltd (“FLEX”).  
 
Praxient Capital LLP through its funds after this acquisition hold nil shares in FLEX.
