Polygon (PE) Holdings Limited has on 17 February 2017 distributed its holding of 13,526,588 shares in Flex LNG Ltd. to its shareholders Polygon European Equity Opportunity Master Fund and Blackwell Partners LLC, in the proportion in which the shares in Polygon (PE) Holdings Limited are held by them. Polygon (PE) Holdings Limited is owned 66.545% by Polygon European Equity Opportunity Master Fund and 33.455% by Blackwell Partners LLC. On the same day, Polygon European Equity Opportunity Master Fund and Blackwell Partners LLC sold the respective shares in Flex LNG Ltd. 

Following these transactions, entities controlled by Polygon Global Partners LLP, including Polygon (PE) Holdings Limited, own 0 shares in Flex LNG Ltd.
