Capital Group International, Inc., parent company of Capital Guardian Trust Comapany in the U.S., Capital International, Inc. in the U.S. and Singapore, Capital International Limited in the United Kingdom, Capital International Sarl in Switzerland, Capital International K.K. in Japan has on 3 November 2009 acquired 917 685 shares in Flex LNG, resulting in a shareholding of 5 860 991 shares, amounting to 5.1984%.
