JP Morgan Chase & Co. (“JPMC”) has increased its total holding in the share capital of FLEX LNG Ltd. This is a result of its subsidiary J.P. Morgan Securities Plc increasing its holdings by 2,060,811 ordinary shares on 10 April 2014. Following the increase, the total number of shares held by JPMC increased to 6,466,113 being 5.111% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the company. The threshold crossed on 10 April 2014 was 5%.
