On 24 June 2011 Bernhard Schulte Investment Holding acquired 300,000 shares in FLEX LNG Ltd., resulting in a shareholding of 5,981,661 shares. Combined with the holding (250,000 shares) of Mr. Ian Beveridge, the CEO of Schulte Group, this gives a combined shareholding of 6,231,661 shares, amounting to 5.01% in FLEX LNG Ltd.
